All of my lasts
Meghan Hollieeveryone has to be in.
Nora: Yesss! I need a milkshake today. Science was awful.
Liam: Order mine for me? I might be a little late. I have to swing by dad’s
office first. You know my order x
Jess: Hurry though, I won’t be able to stop myself from drinking yours too.
Liam: You wouldn’t.
Jess: I so would.
Nora: Stop arguing now, kids.
Jess: Who you calling kids? We’re all the same age. Also hurry up! I’m dying
from a milkshake deficiency.
Liam: Always with the drama.
Nora: I’m two mins away. Quit your bitching.
My foot taps the ground in quick succession as I wait for Nora to meet me in our spot outside
school. The cool springtime breeze whips my hair around my face as the sunshine peeks through the
few lingering clouds. It’s a rare dry day in London; we’ve had almost a whole week of rain and right
now I’m grateful for the break in the weather. Damp shoes are not the one.
